It's been some time since I've dropped in on my own blog. No man is an island, so they say. Thank You To Those Who Bring Out The Best In Me. Today unlike everyday, I would like to acknowledge those awesome and lovely people who bring out the best in me. Learning how to bring out the best in people is a very important personal development training that you can give to yourself. For the band, it is knowing that they are going to get to play some of the best music ever produced. We had a bit of a cool, windy day yesterday in Bulawayo - quite a relief from the normal stinking hot October weather! So it is up to us to bring out the best in others, often we criticize others saying, "You are hopeless”, but you know there are some good things also, you have to give them some hope. It warmed up by lunchtime, but started cooling off quite rapidly from there . I must say I'm glad to see that more accomplished bloggers than myself are feeling drained of inspiration at this time of year. Most corporate managers are multipliers "down" to their direct reports and staff, but not out to their peers or up to their bosses. And for the production staff and crew, it is about bringing out the best in the performers and being a part of something special.
